Nadia Abbas is Head of IT Procurement at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where she leads Corporate IT Procurement in support of the Bank’s digital transformation agenda. She brings over 26 years of global experience across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with senior leadership roles at the United Nations and the CGIAR system.

Throughout her career, she has led large-scale organizational transformations aimed at improving business efficiency, resilience, and value for money. She is a strong advocate for strategic partnerships and innovation in agile procurement, with a particular focus on strengthening environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance across the supply chain.

Nadia holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration (Information Technology) and Telecommunications, and has completed numerous professional certifications in leadership, procurement, and change management.
