Muhammadi Boboev

Muhammadi Boboev is a Public Sector Specialist at Public Sector Management and Governance Sector Office, Sectors Group (PSMG-SG) in ADB. 

Mr. Boboev has solid professional experience working at the intersection of finance and development. He has been involved in all stages of ADB project cycle (country partnership strategy, programming, processing, implementation and evaluation) since 2015. Mr. Boboev processed policy-based financing, countercyclical support and financial intermediation loan programs as well as technical assistance projects in Central, West and South Asia. Prior to joining ADB, he progressed through various levels of responsibility in private/public financial institutions.

He holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Manchester and was a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University. He also holds a Doctorate in Economics from Tajik Institute of Economic Research, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Credit and a Master’s degree in International Economics from Tajik National University.
