Mr. Mokuolu Isaac Adesina is a procurement and IT professional with vast experience in both private and public sector that span over 16 years. He has been working with International Development Partners on Public Procurement Reform interventions at the federal level since 2008. He has been involved and led many innovative IT projects and digital procurement initiatives at the federal level in the public procurement sector in Nigeria. Notably among them is the Nigeria’s Open Contract Portal, the NOCOPO (https://nocopo.bpp.gov.ng/), which won Government Innovation Award in Open Contracting in 2017. He was the Project Manager that commenced the implementation of the Federal e-Government Procurement project before he was engaged in his current role as the Senior e-Procurement Specialist by the Nigeria Governors’ Forum where he is providing technical support to the 36 States on the implementation of e-Procurement Software-as-a-Service solution through a multi-user Framework Agreement.
