Mohammad Rehan

Mohammad Rehan is a project implementation and procurement specialist with over 12 years of experience on ADB- and USAID-funded infrastructure projects in Pakistan and Central and West Asia. He currently serves as a consultant at ADB, supporting project implementation, procurement operations, portfolio management, and institutional strengthening. He has led initiatives to improve project readiness, accelerate procurement, and strengthen contract management on urban infrastructure, renewable energy, power transmission and distribution, SCADA/EMS systems, transport, agriculture, and water resources projects. He brings a results-driven, policy-compliant approach to delivering high-value, multi-sector development outcomes.
