Modini Yantrapati

Modini Yantrapati is an energy storage specialist with over a decade of experience spanning technical due diligence, renewable energy consulting, and critical infrastructure across over 30 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Trained as a chemical engineer at IIT Kharagpur and NIT Warangal, she built her expertise through over 6 years at DNV, where she led bankability reviews and Owner's/Lender's due diligence on battery storage systems and green hydrogen, before moving into M&A-focused technical due diligence at ERM.

She now serves as Principal Consultant for Energy Storage and Hybrid Systems at AFRY, guiding storage and hybrid energy projects across markets from Singapore to Japan, and working closely with investors and stakeholders to bring sustainable energy projects to life.
