Minhong Fan

Minhong Fan is a Senior Procurement Specialist with over 30 years of experience in public procurement. She joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2011, initially serving at the PRC Resident Mission. From 2015 to 2022, she was based at ADB Headquarters, where she served as the procurement focal point for the Central and West Asia Department and later as the regional procurement head for the Southeast Asia Department. In 2023, she was appointed regional procurement head for the East Asia Department and outposted to PRCM.

Minhong currently serves as the procurement country focal for both the PRC and Mongolia. She has extensive experience overseeing procurement activities across diverse sectors and country contexts. Before joining ADB, she worked in public procurement in the PRC for over two decades.
