Martina Dampf

Martina Dampf brings more than 20 years of extensive international experience in infrastructure development across seven countries and three continents. Currently serving as the Business Development Director at T.Y. Lin International’s Philippine branch, she holds advanced degrees in Law (LLB, LLM) from Universität Tübingen, Germany, and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.

Throughout her career, Martina has represented investors, operators, contractors, and consultants, guiding infrastructure projects from inception through financial close to successful implementation. Her expertise encompasses Public-Private Partnerships (solicited and unsolicited proposals), infrastructure-related mergers and acquisitions, and project finance transactions.

Martina has published insights on infrastructure investments, notably regarding feed-in tariff for power projects in the Philippines and on critical success factors for infrastructure projects, highlighting essential principles for effective PPP frameworks and risk mitigation, as detailed in her contribution to Infrastructure News titled "Getting PPPs right: why infrastructure projects fail".
