Marlon P. Miña is currently the Executive Director of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Human Resources Development Foundation (PCCI HRDF), the Chamber’s human resources development arm. The PCCI HRDF aims to catalyze, encourage, and urge business chambers, associations, and business enterprises to engage and be involved in human resources development through a dualized approach. Of in-company and school-based education and training.

In his more than ten (10) years of work experience, Mr. Miña played a significant involvement in PCCI’s undertakings such as the development of advocacy and research projects related to TVET, educationreform,ASEAN Integration, International Trade Policy and Negotiations, SME Development, Competition Policy, Investment Promotions, Industrial Policy and Global Competitiveness.

He also served as the Programme Officer of the Energy Working Group of the National Competitiveness Council (NCC) from December 2007-May 2010 where he conducted data gathering, research and analysis on various power sector and energy industry information in relation to competitiveness of the energy sector. He graduated in 2006 at the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
