Backed by and leveraging the knowledge and networks of WWF, The Boston Consulting Group, and Ebay founder Pierre Omidyar’s Humanity United, OpenSC is already working with some of the world's largest food companies (Nestle, Nespresso, Maruha Nichiro) and across multiple key food commodities.
Markus is a serial entrepreneur and venture builder. Prior to launching OpenSC, he was part of the founding team of BCG Digital Ventures in Asia-Pacific, which has since launched 20+ ventures with a combined portfolio value of over $5b. He also worked with BCG extensively on retail supply chains and with the World Food Programme.
