Maricar Barrogo

Maricar Barrogo has been involved in the design and administration of ADB’s water and urban development projects in South Asia and Southeast Asia since 2011. She is also a key member of the team managing the Pacific and Southeast Asia portfolio of water and urban development sector office.

She joined ADB in 2008 where she assisted in the processing of energy, transport and education projects in the Pacific. Prior to ADB, she worked in the government sector as a technical officer in the Presidential Management Staff under the Office of the President of the Philippines.

She finished her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and has a diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines.
