Manasa Tusulu is the Manager of the Strategic Planning Unit and also the Executive Officer in the Institutional Reform Unit. He joined the Water Authority of Fiji in 2012 and has over 9 years of experience working in the water sector. He is today leading a team of in-house business analysts and also working with 11 specialists from SMEC towards enhancing and building capacity within WAF in various key areas such as NRW, Liquid Tradewaste, Demand Management, Catchment Management, etc.
Manasa is also part of the in-house gender task force to promote gender mainstreaming as a tool to redress inequality within the water and wastewater sector.
