Profile / Bio:
Her research focuses on issues in development economics, including education, labor, gender, and poverty. Prior to joining ADBI, she worked as a researcher at the Asian Development Bank Headquarters and the Philippine Institute for Development Studies.
She earned her PhD in international development studies and master of public policy degree from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo and her bachelor's degree in economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
