Ma Fiorella Fabella

Fiorella (Lala) joined the World Bank as a senior water supply and sanitation specialist in Manila in 2020. She is leading the Metro Manila flood management project and is also working on all water-related initiatives of the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, she has worked for more than 20 years in the water private sector in the Philippines.
