Ma. Corazon Halili-Dichosa

Ma. Corazon Halili-Dichosa is the Executive Director of Industry Development Services at the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI), with over three decades of dedicated public service. She is recognized for her leadership in shaping investment policy, advancing industry development, and representing the Philippines in key trade and governance initiatives.

She has built her career at the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI), where she has led industry promotion, policy formulation, and international negotiations. As Executive Director, she oversees programs across infrastructure, services, resource-based, and manufacturing sectors, while guiding investment policy and planning. 

Executive Director Dichosa is a graduate of B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Laws from the Adamson University. She has also completed the Certificate Programs on Regional Marketing of the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft and on Strategic Business Economics of the University of Asia and the Pacific.
