Lor Latharo

Lor Latharo is a Senior Procurement Specialist at The World Bank, Cambodia Country office. Latharo holds a Master of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Hydraulic Engineering, Institute of Technology of Cambodia.   

Latharo has extensive experience in procurement and construction, having worked with various organizations including Procurement Manager at Huawei Technologies (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., Supply and logistic at United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the National consultant engineer at World Bank Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project.

In the current role, Latharo assists in the implementation of procurement activities, evaluates procurement implications of project designs, participating in missions and negotiations and provides advice on procurement policies and procedures.
