Lee Pai-Po

Lee Pai-Po is an expert in international agriculture, human resource development, international development cooperation and the third sector - international NGO and NPO, who has devoted himself to international cooperation and development programs for over 20 years.

He has been in charge of many ROC international cooperation and development services, including investment and lending programs, overseas technical missions (agriculture, fisheries, medical services, etc.), overseas volunteer capacity building as well as human resources development (training courses and scholarships). Through project surveys and appraisals, assignment of experts, project supervision and evaluation, and the signing of agreements, he has successfully developed a comprehensive perspective and expertise in the field, and plays an important role in designing the Taiwan ICDF's foreign assistance strategies.
