Kieran leads the development of the online education programme – FinTech & Regulatory Innovation – designed specifically for regulators and policymakers. He is the co-author of 20+ FinTech and regulatory innovation reports. Prior to this, he led the development of a technology solution to automatically conduct FinTech regulatory reviews using natural language processing and machine learning. Kieran previously worked at the UK Crowdfunding Association, as a UK parliamentary advisor and has aided a large number of companies to secure finance via equity crowdfunding. He established a microfinance social enterprise in Northern Viet Nam, inspired by Kiva.
