Principal Procurement Specialist, ADB Profile / Bio Ms. Koiso is a Principal Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She provides procurement planning and implementation support to the ADB’s energy sector projects. Earlier, she was outposted to the ADB Indonesia resident mission, where she assisted government agencies in assessing and strengthening the public procurement system. Before joining ADB, she worked for the Japan International Cooperation System and provided procurement services to the grant projects under the official development assistance. Keiko holds a Master of International Development in development planning.
