Climate Change Specialist, ADB Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Kathleen Anne C. Coballes is a Climate Change Specialist under the Central and West Asia Department, Environment and Natural Resources Division of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Before her employment at ADB, she served as the Climate Change Attaché at the British Embassy in Manila, where she led engagement and cooperation efforts for the 26th Conference of the Parties and provided oversight of the UK’s environment and climate portfolio in the Philippines. She also has over a decade of experience as a development worker and specialist, part of the National Economic and Development Authority of the Philippines, where she headed a division that deals with environment and climate change. She holds a degree in Forest and Nature Conservation from Wageningen University and Research Center, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of the Philippines.
