Jyoti Bisbey

Jyoti is a global expert with more than 20 years of experience in leading green and resilient infrastructure finance and public-private partnerships (PPPs) in developing countries. She has worked at the World Bank Group and at the United Nations with developing countries on supporting governments’ public investment pipelines, preparing PPP projects, and financing the climate action in infrastructure. Jyoti has led the establishment of two global benchmarks on private investment in developing countries ‒ Certified PPP Professional (CP3P), Private Capital Mobilization (PCM), and currently serves on the Executive Advisory Committee for FAST-Infra Sustainable Infrastructure® (FAST-Infra) Label and leads the Climate Mitigation and Adaptation Technical Panel on UNECE PPP and Infrastructure Evaluation and Rating System (PIERS).
