Profile / Bio

Julian Latimer Clarke is the Senior Specialist for Regional Cooperation and Trade (Climate Change and Regional Cooperation) at the Asian Development Bank.

Julian was a Senior Economist at the World Bank for 15 years. He previously worked for IMF, IDRC, the OECD and the World Trade Organisation. He has published in academic journals such as the Antitrust Bulletin, the Journal of World Economics, book chapters published by the WTO as well as numerous World Bank reports. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of St.Gallen, a Master’s degree in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute in Bern, Switzerland and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
