Josie Jane Ablir

She earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration Major in Accounting in 1986 at Silliman University, Dumaguete City and a Certified Public Accountant.

With Internal Auditing experience for 31 years which started way back in 1988 as Internal Audit Staff of the Development Bank of the Philippines assigned to audit Domestic Branches. She was also with the Philippine National Bank, a Government Bank until privatized in 1996, for 23 years assigned to supervised audit activities both for domestic branches and branches/ subsidiaries located in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, USA, Italy, UK, and Northern Marianas Islands. Since December 2013 to present, she is the Department Manager of the Internal Audit Department I of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation.

She was elected as Board of Director of the Association of Government Internal Auditors (AGIA) in 2016 and as President in 2018.
