Dr. Jose Bienvenido Manuel M. Biona is the Executive Director of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines and a Full Professor of Mechanical Engineering of De La Salle University. He is the founding and current Executive Director of the Enrique Razon Jr. Logistics Institute. He has spearheaded various e-Mobility initiatives and technical assistance ranging from program and policy development, technology and standards development, and partnership and capacity building in various countries. These programs have supported national governments and international organizations including World Bank, UNEP, UNDP, UNIDO, USAID, GIZ, Clean Asia and GGGI among others.
