Profile / Bio

Jordan Sandman is a Principal (Investments) at the Co-Develop Fund, a global philanthropic initiative that supports the development and deployment of inclusive digital public infrastructure (DPI). In this role, he leads investment and grantmaking activities that support research organizations, civil society groups, and policy experts working on the design, governance, and implementation of digital systems that enable public services such as digital identity, payment platforms, and data-sharing frameworks.

Before joining Co-Develop, Sandman worked with the New America through the Digital Impact and Governance Initiative, where he supported research and projects related to technology policy and digital governance. He also served as a team leader in the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps, coordinating community development and disaster response initiatives across the United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
