Sangguniang Bayan Member, Municipality of General Luna, Siargao Island Profile / Bio John Christopher Consistente Silvosa is a second-term Member of the Sangguniang Bayan of General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines. He serves as Chairperson of the Committees on Tourism and Culture, Environment and Natural Resources, Budget, Finance and Appropriations, Rules, Laws, Ordinances, Privileges, Ethics and Legal Matters, and Housing, Land Utilization and Urban Development. A humanitarian worker in government, he has been actively involved in advancing initiatives that support environmental stewardship, sustainable tourism, sound fiscal management, and community development in General Luna. Hon. Silvosa also serves as Chapter President of the Philippine Councilors League–General Luna and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Councilors League–Surigao del Norte.
