Lecturer, PPS Profile / Bio Jin-Sung Jung is a full-time lecturer specialized in the field of KONEPS at the Public Procurement Service (PPS). Prior to this, he served as Director of the Office for Regulatory Reform and Legal. He was also the Commissioner of the Gyeongnam Regional Procurement Service and Director of Contract Department. He was also part of the KONEPS deployment and operation in 1994 to 2017. Mr. Jung graduated from Pusan National University, obtained his MBA at KAIST, and completed his PhD in IT Policy Management at Soongsil University.
