DeputyDirector-HealthSystems, PATH Profile / Bio Dr. JatinDhingra brings over 14 years of progressive leadership in public health systems strengthening, with deep expertise in primary health care transformation, health system strengthening, and noncommunicable diseases. At PATH, he leads health systems work spanning urban PHC, NCDs including rheumatic heart disease, climate-resilient health systems, and disease surveillance across India and the Asia-Pacific region. He has contributed to the foundational design of India's National Urban Health Mission and supports regional technical assistance on integrated PHC for NCDs and mental health across Asia-Pacific. Before PATH, he has held senior innovation and technical leadership roles at Jhpiego, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Population Foundation of India, contributing to national and subnational health system strengthening initiatives across India and the South Asia region. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Hospital Management (IIHMR, Jaipur, India) and a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, and is a US Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Fellow.
