Jason Chan is the MLRO for Bank of America, N.A. – Hong Kong Branch and Banc of America Securities Asia Limited.
Jason has been a member of the GFC Department with Bank of America in Hong Kong since 2012 working in various roles, including financial crimes investigations, serving as the Deputy MLRO, and in a regional capacity as risk assessments lead within the APAC Regional Coverage Execution Team. Prior to join Bank of America, Jason served for 5 years with the Hong Kong Police Force.
