Ira Palupi

Ira Palupi is a Senior Project Officer (Infrastructure) in the Energy Sector Group of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She has been with ADB since 2016 leading implementation of project loans and result-based lending programs in Sumatera, Sulawesi and Nusa Tenggara, and Kalimantan, Maluku and Papua. She is now also involved in the loan processing for several projects.

Before joining ADB, Ira worked with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for 10 years, in charge of project development on energy and environmental sectors. She holds a master’s degree on the environmental management and infrastructure development engineering from Saitama University, Japan.
