Hyun Joo Youn

Hyun Joo Youn is a Senior Results Management Specialist at Results Management and Aid Effectiveness Division of the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department of ADB. She leads several workstreams including the development and roll-out of ADB’s Corporate Results Framework, Theory of Change in the sector and thematic plans, results reporting on ADB’s COVID-19 response. She also provides guidance on developing results framework including project Design and Monitoring Framework. Prior to joining ADB, Ms. Youn has worked with World Bank, GIZ, UNDP, national research institutions, and CSOs focusing on results and project management, gender-responsive programming, and topics in poverty reduction, gender, youth employability, and governance. As a Korean national, she holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the United States.
