Homer Pagkalinawan

Homer recently joined CCSD as part of the Pacific climate team and as the climate focal for Palau, the Marshall Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia. His climate change work in Asia and the Pacific includes predictive damage modelling, resource mapping, vulnerability assessment, and recovery analysis. Prior to CCSD, he was with ERDI, where he contributed to flagship publications such as the Asian Development Outlook and the upcoming Climate Change Report.
