Ha Thu Le is a seasoned Procurement and Contracts Specialist with over 20 years of experience advancing strategic procurement, contract management, and supply chain innovation across leading international organizations, including the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the United Nations, and various NGOs. At ADB, she provides expert oversight and support for the procurement of construction, renovation, and relocation projects for field offices. Before joining ADB, Ha Thu Le served as the Regional Procurement Lead for the World Health Organization’s Western Pacific Region, where she managed both emergency and non-emergency procurement, enhanced compliance frameworks, and led sustainable procurement initiatives.
