Executive Director, Pacific Power Association, Fiji Profile / Bio Gordon Chang is the Executive Director of the Pacific Power Association, a regional organisation supporting cooperation among Pacific Island power utilities. He joined PPA in 1999 and previously served as Deputy Executive Director, following earlier finance and administration roles with the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat and USAID in Suva. His work reflects strong experience in regional energy coordination, utility capacity building, sustainable power sector development, and strengthening reliable and efficient electricity services across the Pacific.
