Gohar Tadevosyan

Ms. Tadevosyan has over 25 years of professional experience in social development. She joined ADB in 2014 and works to ensure that urban and social sector projects in the East Asia Department are socially inclusive, people-centered, and sustainable. 

In her current role with the Human and Social Development Sector Team, she leads the rollout of the enhanced Poverty and Social Analysis approach and the new poverty and inclusion classification system. She has played a key role in strengthening ADB’s focus on social development and inclusion, ensuring that the perspectives of poor, vulnerable, and excluded groups are meaningfully reflected in ADB operations and contribute to more equitable and inclusive development.
