Girlie Grace Casimiro-Igtiben

Girlie Grace Casimiro-Igtiben is presently the Director of Social Development Staff, National Economic and Development Authority, Philippines. Girlie has solid experience and rigorous training in leading and managing people, policy formulation and analysis, development planning, program/project development, and evaluation and monitoring. She leads the team in providing technical advice on policies related to social inclusion, social protection, poverty, education, health, human settlements, labor welfare, and migration. Girlie holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, and an undergraduate degree in Development Studies from the University of the Philippines.
