Garry Pollack is the Director of the Thrive Leadership.

One of Garry’s clients described him as a master at integrating concepts, thinking expansively and adapting quickly to the needs of his audience, whether that be in 1:1 coaching or working with an entire team.

He uses evidence-based frameworks and models, in combination with his extensive corporate experience to help leaders and teams find practical ways to improve both their performance and enjoyment of work.

Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Garry had a successful career in HR and General Management, and experienced first hand the difficult transition of moving from a technical expert into a broader leadership role.

This inspired him to establish Thrive Leadership over 7 years ago.
