Ganzorig Bulgankhuu

Mr. Ganzorig Bulgankhuu is a public financial management and public investment policy professional currently serving as Head of Division at the Development Financing and Public Investment Department, Ministry of Finance of Mongolia. He has more than 15 years of progressive experience in the public sector, specializing in fiscal policy, public investment planning and financing, public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks, and the management and coordination of foreign loan and grant-funded development projects.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ganzorig has held important positions in several government institutions, including the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Energy, and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry. His work has focused on strengthening public investment governance, improving the efficiency of external financing, and supporting the formulation and implementation of national development policies and programs.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Saitama University in Japan and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National University of Mongolia.
