Managing Director, Regionalized Vaccine Manufacturing Collaborative (RVMC) Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Dr. Frederik Kristensen is the Managing Director of the Regionalized Vaccine Manufacturing Collaborative (RVMC), a global initiative dedicated to strengthening regional vaccine production capacity, especially in low- and middle-income countries. Prior to this role, Dr. Kristensen served as Deputy CEO at CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), where he helped lead global efforts to accelerate vaccine development and equitable distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic. A physician by training, Dr. Kristensen has held senior positions at the World Health Organization, UNICEF, and the Norwegian Ministry of Health. With deep expertise in global health policy, immunization, and pandemic preparedness, he is a leading voice in advancing sustainable, regionally led solutions to future health emergencies.
