Francisco Moreno Velo

Francisco Moreno Velo is currently the Head of Business Development at ACCIONA Southeast Asia Infrastructure. Francisco (Paco) has extensive experience in designing and delivering diverse civil infrastructure projects, such as viaducts, highways, ports, airports, oil and gas, and industrial warehousing. During his career, Paco has worked at OHL Group, as Latin America Director and Asia Pacific Director, amongst other international appointments. He has been quite a global citizen; apart from living and working in Spain, he has studied in the US and France and lived in Panama, Brazil, the Philippines, Kuwait, and Mexico.

Paco holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from the ESADE University of Barcelona.
