Frances has more than ten years of global experience in health systems, predominantly within Australia, the Pacific, and the Middle East. Her most recent roles have involved providing comprehensive and specialist health consultancy services and advice to health authorities, other public sector agencies, and a range of public, private, and not-for-profit healthcare service providers and private investors. Her areas of expertise include capacity planning, hospital, and health system planning, health services demand modeling, resource assessment and planning, and development of the system-wide, hospital, or service-oriented models of care.
Frances’ blended skills in acute clinical care and project management enable her to concentrate her efforts in the delivery of high-quality, culturally-safe, and patient-centered health projects worldwide, grounded in population-based methods and consideration of unique stakeholder requirements.
