PMU Project Lead, MWTI, Samoa Profile / Bio Ulualofaigā Talamaivao Fonoti Perelini Perelini is a Samoan engineer and public sector leader who served as a Public Service Commissioner of Samoa from his appointment in November 2022 until the conclusion of his tenure in January 2026. He has represented the Government of Samoa in governance and anti-corruption work, including Samoa’s engagement under the United Nations Convention Against Corruption and national efforts to strengthen public sector integrity. His work reflects strong experience in public administration, governance, leadership development, integrity systems, and supporting accountable and transparent public service delivery in Samoa.
