, ADB Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Fiona MacPhail is an international consultant of ADB. She is also a Professor of Economics at the University of Northern British Columbia. Her research program centers on gender, work, and public policy with particular attention to migration, and different types of paid and unpaid work. She has published in journals such as the Cambridge Journal of Economics, World Development and Feminist Economics and has completed consultant reports for several international development agencies.
