He has been engaged to deliver advanced pavement design, material characterisation, performance-based specifications, life-cycle assessments, and forensic investigations, providing technical guidance to contractors, bitumen suppliers, and road authorities on the optimization of mix designs, durability, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
