Felix Oku is a Senior Safeguard Specialist in ADB’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department. He is a NEBOSH-qualified construction health and safety specialist. He is also a chartered professional member of Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management and UK Society for the Environment. He has over 20 years of multisector professional safeguard experience with multilateral development banks, international private consultancy, and the UK local government. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Oku worked as a social and environmental safeguard specialist for the African Development Bank and the World Bank. He was also an international environmental and social due diligence consultant with WSP UK.
