Eric Quincieu is a Principal Water Resources Specialist in Asian Development Bank. He manages a portfolio, ranging from flood risk management to irrigation and water supply development and asset management. Eric has 20 years of water resources management and agriculture experience in Asia and the Pacific. He has over 20 years of experience in water resources management in Asia, expanding his expertise over the years from developing hydrodynamic models and information systems for O&M and designing irrigation systems and flood protection infrastructure to river basin development and irrigation management. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Physics and Chemistry and a Master of Science in Hydraulics.
He focuses on water governance and infrastructure development, and climate change resilience. Mr. Quincieu is a French national who has been working extensively for ADB and other development, private, and public sector organizations in Asia. He has been involved in project planning, design, and administration of water resource management and natural resources investment projects, and non-lending services since 2000.
