As the CCO of Mobicom Corporation, the first and leading mobile operator in Mongolia, Enkhsaikhan Munkhjargalan is responsible for running all facets of the business. Mobicom is one of the top 10 companies in Mongolia and subsidiary of KDDI Japan. Since 2014 he is mainly focusing to Fintech industry to support local society and initiated online SMS based low rate micro loans.
Enkhsaikhan has a proven management track record since he joined Mobicom in 2002 and over 15 years of experience driving sales growth in the telecommunication industry. Prior to having position of he had a multiple roles and responsibilities at Mobicom and its related companies. He was a Board member of Mongol Content LLC (the biggest mobile content provider in Mongolia), COO of Ulusnet LLC (wimax internet service provider) and CEO of MobiNet LLC (Fixed Internet service provider). Between 2002 - 2007, he was a Deputy Director of Corporate Business sector, Manager of Internet department and Network engineer of Internet department at Mobicom. Prior to joining Mobicom, he was an IT engineer at Erel LLC, one of the largest mining and Construction Company in Mongolia.
He earned INSEAD Global executive, Stanford Project manager, Executive MBA degree from Graduate school of Business, RMIT University Australia and BSc degree in Computer engineering from Technical University of Mongolia.
