Elmin Ibrahimov

Elmin Ibrahimov is a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he focuses on investments in the manufacturing and services sectors in Azerbaijan and Georgia. He joined EBRD in 2019, following previous roles at a local corporate bank and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

Elmin holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Diplomacy from universities in Azerbaijan. He is a CFA charterholder, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM, 2018), and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA, 2019).
