Principal Banker , European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Profile / Bio Elmin Ibrahimov is a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he focuses on investments in the manufacturing and services sectors in Azerbaijan and Georgia.
