Karl has more than 20 years of experience working on water resources management, water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), solid waste and wastewater management, and environmental and engineering geological assessments. He is currently working on urban development and water supply and sanitation projects in ADB's Pacific Region. Karl previously worked for both multilateral and bilateral agencies in managing technical assistance and investment programs on urban and rural water and sanitation projects, including technical advisory services on development programs and poverty alleviation projects.
