Research Economist, WTO Profile / Bio Eddy Bekkers is Research Economist and counsellor at the Economic Research and Statistics Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO). He holds a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research focuses on the economic modelling of trade policies, trade-related policies and their interaction with trends such as climate change and digitalization.
