Her key areas of expertise include social protection, financial inclusion, and gender empowerment through sustainable livelihoods. She has provided technical guidance on designing and implementing economic inclusion initiatives, mostly in partnership with governments, in the Philippines, Zambia, Kenya, Liberia, Tanzania, and Nepal.
